Open Access Policy
Making engineering and technology research freely accessible to the international academic community.
Journal of Multidisciplinary Engineering Technologies (JMDET) is an international, peer-reviewed, and open-access scholarly journal that aims to provide quality engineering and technology research articles at no cost to the international academic community. JMDET acknowledges that access to scholarly knowledge through open access channels is a good way for innovation, knowledge transfer, learning, and collaboration in engineering disciplines.
JMDET makes it a point to publish all articles through the open access concept post online publication. Articles can be read, viewed, downloaded, shared, and cited without any restrictions or registration, provided that the copyright terms are respected.
With the implementation of an open access policy, JMDET aims at enhancing the availability and visibility of engineering research, allowing for greater distribution of research results, as well as helping researchers, academics, students, professionals, and institutions gain access to scholarly information.
Our Open Access Policy Aims to:
Make published engineering research widely available.
Support the global distribution of research findings.
Improve the visibility and availability of published research.
Promote cooperation between researchers, engineers, and academic institutions globally.
Advocate for education, technological advances, and knowledge creation.
Advocate for engineering knowledge sharing between disciplines.
Advocate for long-term access to and preservation of scholarly publishing.
Advocate for proper and ethical utilization of scholarly information.
Help advance engineering and technology via open scholarly communication.
JMDET holds the view that the availability of research will foster cooperation among academics and will promote innovative ways to deal with current engineering and technology issues.
